Sternsaal Room (Seats 124)


The revered Sternsaal Room is multi-functional. Modern stage and technical equipment offer the ideal place for all types of events. In summer the “Sound of Salzburg Dinner Show” takes place here. The room can be extended by a further 250 seats by opening it up to other rooms.

Bürgersaal Room (Seats 86)


Through the room can be seen the remains of the Salzburg’s old town wall. Here are also the famous paintings from Karl Reisenbichler, who painted them at the beginning of the 20th Century in exchange for food and lodgings at the Sternbräu.

Kaiserstube (Emperor’s Room) - (Seats 78)


Pictures and documents from the imperial royal era give the Emperor’s Room a unique ambience. The room is directly accessible from the Griesgasse Street. The whole of the Emperor’s Room is a non-smoking area.

Beer-Pub "Treff 23" (Seats 92)


This room got its name from the street number – Griesgasse 23. One can enjoy a beer in a rustic atmosphere under the century old vaulted ceiling. Salzburg’s students meet in this room every Wednesday.

Jagdzimmer (Hunter’s Room) (Seats 40)


It is an ideal room for company events, promotions and other festivities. Valuable antlers and paintings of hunting scenes give this room a pleasant ambience.

Schützenzimmer (Archery & Rifle Room) (Seats 42)


Home to Salzburg’s Archery & Rifle Club with interesting paintings and documents.

Zirben Room (Seats 29)


This room decorated in special Alpine pine (Zirbe), offers you the ideal place for small parties and meetings.   

Hochzeitszimmer (Wedding Room) (Seats 40)


Home to Salzburg’s Chess and Bridge Club. The room is ideal for wedding celebrations. 

Club Rooms 1 and 2 (Seats 64)


The meeting place for the Lions Club, Salzburg Hohensalzburg. There are round tables for a communicative dinner. The 2 rooms are divided by a mobile partition and can be easily made into 1 room. 

Club Room 3 (Seats 10)


The smallest room of the Sternbräu is decorated in fine nut wood. It is ideal for undisturbed meetings of small groups.
